Vinyasa Yoga

The style of yoga known as Vinyasa is a series of poses set together in a coordinated movement often paced the rhythm of the breath.  There are several variations to this type of yoga, from the typical one breath – one movement of Vinyasa Flow, the incorporation of some static poses emphasized to build strength in Power Vinyasa, and the use of the “flow” principles in other styles such as a Gentle Beginners Vinyasa, and yin flow – which incorporates the “flow” principle at the beginning half of the class similar to a Vinyasa class, but ends with more restorative and deep stretching poses.
