Gentle Beginners Yoga

Gentle Beginners Yoga provides a gentle introduction to the foundational poses in yoga, designed through a flow sequence at a slower pace.  Each class typically focuses on a few sets of poses, providing instruction of the breakdown of each pose step step.  Do not let the term “beginners” have you believe the class will be easy. While though the instruction is slowed down and more specific, the class will still have some challenge to it as poses are held for longer periods of time at their most efficient and correctly aligned state.
